2010年4月我国出现了一种新发疾病，该疾病可导致鸭产蛋量下降、采食量减少，后来确定该病是由鸭坦布苏病毒（Duck Tembusu Vieus,DTMUV）引起的一种主要感染鸭的传染病，该病发病急、传播快，死淘率高。该病首先在浙江等沿海地区出现，之后迅速蔓延至养鸭比较密集的其余省份，并逐步蔓延至内地，如福建、广东、广西、安徽、江西、江苏、河南、河北、山东和北京等地。该病主要感染鸭，产蛋鸭感染后产蛋率将大幅度下降，从90%降至10%，更为严重的甚至导致绝产；雏鸭感染后通常表现为神经症状，并伴有较高的死亡率，对养鸭业的发展有着巨大的威胁。本研究调研鸭坦布苏病毒病的病原学、流行病学、诊断方法以及防控措施等方面，总结鸭坦布苏病毒病的易感动物、鸭群不同年龄段的发病率、临床症状和病理变化、不同预防方案和治疗方案之间的对比分析，从而为鸭坦布苏病毒病的诊断与防控提供参考和指导。

ABSTRACT
From April 2010, a new disease occurred in China that caused a drop in duck egg production and reduced feed intake.
