摘 要
鸡球虫感染的种类、饲养模式等流行病学资料对于鸡球虫疫苗和药物的使用具有重要的指导意义。抗球虫化学药物和抗生素具有耐药性和药物残留的缺点,其使用越来越受到限制,而中草药具有疗效好、不易产生耐药性和药物残留低等优点,越来越受到人们的青睐。本次调查检索了近10年来我国鸡球虫病流行病学调查和近5年内中药抗球虫效果评估的原始实验并进行分析,明确鸡球虫的流行情况,并总结影响其流行的因 *51今日免费论文网|www.51jrft.com +Q: ^351916072
素;通过评估不同中药方剂类型的抗球虫功效,选出效果较好的中药方剂,为防控鸡球虫病提供参考。结果表明,我国柔嫩艾美耳球虫的检出率最高,1550日龄的鸡易感,高温高湿的夏秋季高发,集约化养殖下鸡球虫病受季节因素的影响并不显著,笼养养殖可有效降低球虫感染率,品种和鸡其他疾病的混感均会影响球虫的感染率。以常山和青蒿为主药的方剂或中西药联用,其抗球虫指数较单味药更高。以复方剂(常山、青蒿、地榆和白头翁提取物、黄芪粗多糖)灌服给药,在常山提取物的剂量为100mg时,ACI值达183.9;以复方剂(蒲公英、大青叶、苦参、黄芪)灌服给药,在给药剂量为0.75g/只/d时,ACI值达185.6;在中西药结合治疗鸡球虫的实验调查中,以复方剂(常山、白头翁、黃柏、仙鹤草、柴胡、黄芪)和西药(地克珠利、马杜霉素)联合使用,灌服给药,在给药剂量为0.75g/只/d时,ACI值达185.6;以复方剂(青蒿、常山、仙鹤草、白头翁、肉桂)和西药(DVD)联合使用,混饲给药,在给药剂量为30g/kg饲料和40ppmDVD时,ACI值达187.79。其最佳剂量还有待进一步的研究。本次研究将对鸡球虫的防治提供一定的参考。

INVESTIGATION ON EPIDEMIOLOGY OF CHICKEN COCCIDIOSIS AND ANTICOCCIDIAL EFFECT OF CHINESE MEDICINE
ABSTRACT
The epidemiological data such as the types of chicken coccidiosis and feeding patterns have important guiding significance for the use of chicken coccidiosis vaccines and drugs. Anticoccidial chemicals and antibiotics have the disadvantages of drug resistance and drug residues, and their use is more and more restricted, while Chinese herbal medicines have the advantages of good curative effect, resistance to drug resistance and low drug residues, which are more and more popular. This survey retrieved the original experiments of chicken coccidiosis epidemiological survey in China in the past 10 years and the evaluation of the anticoccidial effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the past 5 years and analyzed it to clarify the epidemic situation of chicken coccidiosis and summarize the factors affecting its prevalence. By evaluating the anticoccidial efficacy of different types of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions, the Chinese traditional medicine prescriptions with better effects are selected to provide a reference for the prevention and control of chicken coccidiosis. The results show that the detection rate of Eimeria tenella in China is the highest, chickens aged 1550 days old are susceptible, high temperatures and humidity are high in summer and autumn, and chicken coccidiosis is not significantly affected by seasonal factors in intensive farming. Cage culture can effectively reduce the infection rate of coccidia, and the mixed feelings of breeds and other diseases of the chicken will affect the infection rate of coccidia. The prescription of Changshan and Artemisia annua as the main medicine or the combination of Chinese and Western medicine has a higher anticoccidial index than the single medicine. The compound (Changshan, Artemisia annua, Burnet and Pulsatilla extract, astragalus polysaccharide) was administered orally. When the dosage of Changshan extract was 100 mg, the ACI value reached 183.9, with the compound (Dandelion, Daqingye, Sophora flavescens, astragalus) by oral administration, the ACI value reached 185.6 when the dosage was 0.75g/piece/d, Agrimony, Bupleurum, Astragalus) and Western medicine (Diclazuril, Maduramycin), used in combination, given at a dose of 0.75g/piece/d, the ACI value reached 185.6, Agents (Artemisia annua, Changshan, Agrimonia, Pulsatilla, Cinnamon) and Western medicine (DVD) are used in combination.
