摘要

为等原因造成骨折。骨折的发生往往难以预防。本研究旨在探讨治疗野生动物骨折时，应如何制定最佳的治疗方案以及如何更好地进行术后护理。本文通过对南京市红山森林动物园中一例黄颊长臂猿桡尺骨骨折及肱骨多次骨折的典型病例进行记录和分析，对该病例病程发展的四个阶段分别进行详细描述，对疾病发展过程中动物园兽医所使用的诊断方法和治疗方案进行讨论，研究探讨接骨板固定法、髓内针固定法以及骨外固定支架等不同的固定方式在治疗过程中有何不同的用处，如何选择适当的固定方式。本病例历时长，病情复杂，治疗方法多样，是一个十分典型的病例。在发生骨折后，应综合考虑病例的各方面实际情况，制定对应的治疗方案，注意轮换用药，注重术后护理，做到以上几点可有效提高骨折手术治愈率，为今后圈养野生动物发生骨折时的治疗方案提供参考。
TREATMENT OF MULTIPLE FRACTURES OF GIBBON
ABSTRACT
Fracture is a surgical disease in which bone integrity and continuity are interrupted.Wild animals in captivity often have fractures due to reasons such as curiosity and exploration,similar fighting or stereotyped behavior due to their unique wildness and the limitations of the living environment in the zoo.The occurrence of fractures is often difficult to prevent.This study aims to discuss how to formulate the best treatment plan and better postoperative care when treating wild animal fractures.This paper records and analyzes a typical case of yellowcheeked gibbon radius ulna fractures and multiple humeral fractures in the Red Mountain Forest Zoo in Nanjing City.The four stages of the cases course of development are described in detail.The diagnostic methods and treatment schemes used by veterinarians are discussed,and the different methods of fixation such as bone plate fixation,intramedullary nail fixation,and external bone fixation brackets are used in the treatment process.How to choose the appropriate fixation method.This case is a typical case with long duration,complicated condition and various treatment methods.After a fracture occurs,all aspects of the actual situation of the case should be comprehensively considered,a corresponding treatment plan should be formulated,attention should be paid to the rotation of medication,and attention should be paid to postoperative care.Provide a reference to the treatment plan at the time.
