摘 要
猪瘟(Classical Swine Fever,CSF)是由猪瘟病毒(CSF Virus,CSFV)引起的一种猪的高致死性、烈性传染病,自发现以来,对全球养猪业造成了巨大的经济损失。猪瘟没有有效的治疗措施,国内外采取的净化方案主要是以免疫接种为主的综合防控措施,目前全球已有36个国家成功净化了猪瘟。抗体检测作为群体免疫状态和疫苗接种效果的评估手段,对猪瘟防控与净化有着重要的指导意义。通过定期监测猪瘟病毒抗体水平,兽医可及时调整免疫计划,确保猪群对CSFV具有足够的抵抗力,还可筛查出隐性感染的猪只;动物卫生监管部门则能实时掌握猪瘟流行状况,发现传播风险因素,有助于动物防疫工作的有序开展以及为养殖从业者提供详实可靠的指导性信息。免疫分析领域经过多年的发展,不断推陈出新,不同技术方法各具其特点,本研究将对现有的猪瘟病毒抗体检测方法做出详尽的介绍,并从检测性能、成本、应用范围、商品化程度等方面进行对比分析,以期为各级兽医部门选择或建立合适的CSFV抗体检测方法提供参考和依据。

OF CSFV ANTIBODY DETECTION: A COMPARATIVE STUDY
ABSTRACT
Classical swine fever is a highly fatal infectious disease of swine caused by classical swine fever virus. Since its discovery, it has caused great economic losses to the global swine industry. There is no effective treatment plan for CSF. The purification schemes adopted at home and abroad are comprehensive prevention and control measures focus on immunization, at present 36 countries have successfully made CSFV free. Antibody detection is used to evaluate group immune status and vaccination effect,so it is of great significance to the prevention and purification of CSFV. By regularly monitoring the antibody level of CSFV, the veterinarian can adjust the immunization plan in time to ensure that the herd has sufficient resistance to pathogens, and can also screen for latently infected pigs; the animal health supervision department can grasp the CSF in real time, the epidemic situation and the discovery of risk factors for spreading will help the orderly development of animal epidemic prevention work and provide detailed and reliable guidance information for breeding practitioners. After years of development, new technologies with their own characteristics are constantly being introduced in the field of immunoassay. With a view to providing a reference for veterinary departments at all levels to select or establish a suitable antibody detection method, this study will give a detailed introduction to the existing methods of detecting CSFV antibodies, and make a comparative analysis of these methods from the aspects of detection performance, cost, application scope, and degree of commercialization, etc.
