猪源乳酸杆菌与益生元复配制剂初探
摘 要
本试验旨在寻找最佳猪源乳酸杆菌与益生元复配制剂组合,以期望解决中国畜牧以及水产行业的由于高密度集约化发展造成抗生素的滥用,从而使得动物源性食品中抗生素的残留量已远高于安全限量标准的问题[2]。试验通过将不同益生元溶解至无碳源培养基(NCMRS),将活化后的乳酸杆菌添加至各组培养基进行培养。分别于特定时间点测定培养液光密度值与pH值,绘制生长曲线并测定试验第24h时培养液乳酸杆菌含量。结果显示,在L45、L47与L63培养液中以低聚果糖和葡萄糖作为碳源的培养基的光密度值在相同时间条件下都大于无碳源培养基的光密度值;L45以葡萄糖和低聚果糖作为碳源的培养基的pH值生长曲线在012小时显著下降(p<0.05)。L47以葡萄糖、菊粉和低聚果糖作为碳源的培养基的pH值生长曲线在012小时显著下降(p<0.05)。在相同试验条件下,以低聚果糖、菊粉和葡萄糖作为碳源的培养基中L47在试验进行到第24小时的乳酸杆菌含量是最高的。结论:L47与菊粉的复配制剂或者L47与低聚果糖的复配制剂,为最佳的猪源乳酸杆菌与益生元复配制剂组合。

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this experiment was to find the best combination of lactobacilli and probiotic compounding agents in pigs, in order to expect to solve the problem of antibiotic abuse due to high density intensive development in animal husbandry and aquatic industry in china, so that the residue of antibiotics in animalderived foods is far higher than the safety limit standard [2]. By dissolving different probiotics into carbonfree medium (NCMRS), the activated Lactobacillus was added to each group medium for culture. The light density and pH values of culture medium were measured at specific time points, the growth curve was drawn and the content of Lactobacillus in culture medium was determined at h 24 of the test. It turns out, the optical density values of L45、L47 and L63 medium with oligofructose and glucose as carbon sources were larger than those of carbonfree medium at the same time. L45 pH growth curve of medium with glucose and fructooligosaccharide as carbon sources decreased significantly at 012 hours (p<0.05). The growth curve of pH values in L47 medium with glucose, inulin and fructooligosaccharide as carbon sources decreased significantly at 012 h (p<0.05). A medium with fructooligosaccharide, inulin and glucose as carbon sources was L47 under the same conditions. The lactobacilli content in the 24th hour was the highest. Conclusion: The compound preparation of L47 and inulin or L47 and fructooligosaccharide is the best combination of Lactobacillus porcine and probiotic.
