摘 要
在日粮中添加霉菌毒素吸附剂是缓解饲料霉菌毒素污染的有效方法之一。为探究日粮中添加霉菌毒素吸附剂对牛奶品质的影响,本试验采用配对实验设计,将30头健康的荷斯坦奶牛随机分成对照组和试验组,对照组饲喂基础TMR日粮,试验组饲喂TMR日粮和20g/d的复合型霉菌毒素吸附剂。试验结果显示:对照组与试验组的乳蛋白率、乳脂率和体细胞数无明显差异;与对照组相比,试验组奶样中黄曲霉毒素M1含量和玉米赤霉烯酮ZEA含量显著降低(P<0.05),试验组奶牛血清中的AFM1、ZEA、FB1均极显著降低(P<0.01)。上述试验结果说明日粮中添加复合型霉菌毒素吸附剂对牛奶乳成分无明显影响,但能降低牛奶和奶牛血清中霉菌毒素的含量,有效缓解了饲料和饲料原料中的霉菌毒素 *51今日免费论文网|www.51jrft.com +Q: ¥351916072¥

EFFECT OF ADDING MYCOTOXIN ADSORBENT IN DIET ON MILK QUALITY
ABSTRACT
Adding mycotoxin adsorbent to the diet is one of the most effective methods to alleviate the mycotoxin contamination of feed. In order to investigate the effect of adding mycotoxin adsorbent to the diet on milk quality, this experiment used a paired experimental design to randomly divide 30 healthy Holstein cows into a control group and a test group. The control group was fed with a basic TMR diet and the test group was fed with TMR diet and 20g / d compound mycotoxin adsorbent. The results of the experiment showed that there was no significant difference in milk protein rate, milk fat rate and somatic cell number between the control group and the test group. Compared with the control group, the content of aflatoxin M1 and zearalenone in the milk samples of the test group were significantly reduced (P <0.05)and the AFM1, ZEA and FB1 in the serum of the cows in the test group were significantly reduced (P <0.01). The above test results show that the addition of complex mycotoxin adsorbent to the diet has no significant effect on the quality of milk, but it can reduce the content of mycotoxin in the serum of cows and milk, effectively alleviating the negative effects of mycotoxins in feed and feed ingredients.
