Abstract:Teacher role conflict is an important field of educational sociology research. Due to the special status of university teachers, it is easy to cause role conflict, which will affect personal career development and their status as other roles. ersity through semistructured interviews from the perspective of gender. The research finds that: under the background of social prejudice and gender inequality, young female teachers in universities and colleges generally have intrarole conflicts caused by being misunderstood as teachers. As a family member and as a college head teacher, the role conflicts are caused by the different role requirements; The social support, the understanding of family members and the adjustment of female teachers themselves are the basic strategies to effectively alleviate the conflicts among young female teachers in colleges and universities. Therefore, this paper, from three aspects of school, family and teachers themselves, understands their current situation and the difficulties in their career development, and pays attention to their inner contradictions and psychological demands, so as to provide some references for them to obtain better professional development and quality of life.

1.关于角色冲突的概念
角色是指处于一定社会位置的个人,根据社会对其个人的客观期望,并借由自身的主观能力,在对社会环境的适应中所表现出来的行为模式。角色冲突(Role Conflict)是社会学角色理论范畴中的一个重要概念,并没有一个统一的概念,最早由默顿提出,指个体难以协调同时来自环境的不同期待;邓肯米切尔在新社会学词典中将角色冲突解释为是个体在扮演社会角色时所产生的内心或情感上的矛盾与冲突;[1]安德列耶娃认为角色冲突是占有一定地位的个体与不相符合的角色期望发生冲突的情境;Parsons认为角色冲突是角色践行者面对两组彼此冲突的合理期待时,因无法同时实现,所造成顾此失彼的一种现象;Woodward将角色冲突定义为个体对于其角色行为难以选择,以致于在内心产生一种混乱、紧张、敌视及不确定的感觉。
