In this paper, the research object is selected as the female teacher of a college with one child. Semistructured interviews are used to try to understand how they will choose in the dilemma of having two children and career development. They use gender theory and combine the specific background analysis of the comprehensive twochild policy analysis and interpretation of the status quo and influencing factors of female students in colleges and universities in "student" and "promotion". Through exploration and combing, it is found that the analysis can be analyzed from three levels of factors, namely policy factors and individuals Factors and family factors, and finally conclude the research conclusions, and on this basis, make recommendations from the system, school mechanism, family and individual levels, and strive to provide more targeted support and protection for their career development.
