社会支持视角下的随迁老人的社会融入的问题研究
摘 要
在社会老年化逐渐加快，第一代独生子女进入婚育年龄，社会化养老尚未成熟，家庭化养老成为趋势的背景下，老年人口迁移群体不断庞大。随迁老人进入陌生环境，在经济、文化、行为、心理方面存在障碍，因此如何促进随迁老人的社会融入是一个亟待解决的问题。本文采用定量与定性相结合的研究方法，首先通过访谈的形式了解随迁老人目前社会融入的现状以及社会支持现状。研究发现，随迁老人的经济融入程度最高，在文化接纳和行为适应方面的融入程度较低，而在身份认同方面的融入程度最低。家庭支持、社区支持和政府支持对随迁老人的社会融入在情感支持、劳务支持和经济支持方面分别有不同侧重。家庭主要提供情感支持，社区主要提供劳务支持，政府则主要提供经济支持。再通过逐步回 *51今日免费论文网|www.51jrft.com +Q: &351916072& 
归法定量研究随迁老人的社会融入的影响因素，发现首要影响因素是关于交友的情感因素，其次是家庭因素，最后是自身健康状况。因此，政府、社区、家庭这三方的社会支持主体应各自发挥作用，共同促进随迁老人的社会融入。
Study on the Social Integration of the Elderly Migration from the Perspective of Social Support
ABSTRACT
Social aging is gradually accelerating these days , the first generation of the onlychild is at the age of marriage and childbearing, social oldage care is not matured, and family support for the elderly becomes the trend,in this case，the population of the elderly migration is constantly huge. There are economic, cultural, behavioral and psychological barriers to the entry of the elderly migration into unfamiliar environments,therefore the purpose of the study is to find solutions to promote their social integration . In this study, interviews were adopted to analyze the current situation of social integration and social support of the elderly migration . The study found that the level of their economic integration was the highest ,the level of the integration in cultural acceptance and behavior were relatively low,while the level of the integration in selfidentity was the lowest. Family support, community support and government support have different focuses on emotional support, labour support and economic support for the social integration of the elderly migration. The family mainly provides emotional support, the community mainly provides labor support, and the government mainly provides economic support. Progressive regression was adopted to analyze the factors affecting the social integration of the elderly migration.The study found that the primary impact factor was the emotional factor about making friends , followed by the family factor and finally their own health. Therefore, three social support subjects should jointly play their respective roles to promote the social integration of the elderly migration .
