摘 要

CORRELATION ANALYSIS OF UNDERGROUND RELATED TRAITS OF SOYBEAN MUTANT POPULATION UNDER SALT STRESS
ABSTRACT
Salt stress is an important abiotic stress that limits soybean yield and quality improvement during soybean growth. Soybean seedling stage is a critical period for the formation of soybean quality and yield, and it is also the most sensitive period to salt stress. The use of soybean mutants can broaden the background of genetic variation and expand the range of selection and utilization. In this study, 132 mutant materials mutated from Nannong "864" and "Nannong 9416" were used to identify the salt tolerance of soybean seedlings under water in the greenhouse. The 10 seedlingrelated traits of the parents and mutants were very significantly different between 0 mM NaCl (CK) or 150 mM NaCl (S); except for the length of the ground, all other 9 indicators showed significant or extremely significant positive Related (except for individual indicators).
