摘 要
小麦白粉病是一种由布氏白粉菌(Blumeriagraminis f. sp. tritici,Bgt)引起的世界性病害,严重影响小麦的产量和品质。利用寄主抗性是防治该病最经济有效的措施,由于病原菌生理小种的不断变化,许多抗病基因已逐渐失去抗性。因此,发掘新的抗源不仅十分必要而且是项长期任务。簇毛麦(Dasypyrum villosum,VV)是小麦的野生近缘属,携带许多优异性状基因。簇毛麦1V染色体上携带抗小麦白粉病基因,但还未选育出易位系。本研究利用GISH、FISH和1V染色体特异分子标记,从包含单条1V和1D染色体材料NAU181617的自交种中选择1V和1D染色体的重组体。通过对200粒种子的综合鉴定,发现一粒种子中包含单条T1VS1DL易位染色体,通过加代获得该单株的自交种并获得纯合T1VS1DL易位系。白粉病抗性鉴定 *51今日免费论文网|www.51jrft.com +Q: ^351916072*

Development and Characterization of a WheatDasypyrum villosum T1DL•1VS Translocation Line Conferring Powdery Mildew Resistance
ABSTRACT:
Wheat powdery mildew,caused by Blumeriagraminis f. sp. tritici (Bgt) is a worldwide disease. Epidemic powdery mildew results in substantial yield and quality losses in many wheat production regions of the world. Although fungicides can control wheat powdery mildew, the host resistance is a costeffective and environment friendly approach to manage this disease.. In order to meet the increasing global challenges of food security, it is imperative to exploit new resistance sources from wild relatives of wheat.. Dasypyrum villosum (VV) is a wild relative of wheat that carries many useful genes that are absent in wheat crop. Chromosome 1V of Dasypyrum villosum conferring powdery mildew resistance in wheat but no translocation lines with resistance gene was developed so far. In this present study, GISH, FISH and 1V chromosome specific molecular markers were used to select recombinants between chromosomes 1V and 1D from the selfing seeds of NAU181617, which contains a single 1V and 1D chromosome. A plant containing single T1VS1DL translocated chromosome was found. The powdery mildew evalution revealed that T1VS1DL translocation line has a high resistance to mixture races, T1VS1DL translocation line selected in this study provides a new source of resistance for disease resistance breeding.
