低温对小麦籽粒矿质元素影响的研究
摘要
小麦作为世界主要粮食作物之一,其产量和品质直接关系到人类的生存健康与健康质量。近年来,受到全球变暖和农业产业结构调整等因素的影响,导致小麦生长期间遭受低温胁迫事件的可能性加大,严重影响了我国的小麦生产,降低了小麦的产量和品质。小麦籽粒矿物元素是维护人类身体健康、预防疾病的重要物质。本研究通过在人工气候室中进行符合自然温度日变化模式的小麦试验,来探讨低温强度和低温时期对小麦籽粒矿质元素含量的影响。研究结果发现,不同低温水平和低温发生时期对小麦籽粒中矿质元素含量的影响不同。总的说,拔节、孕穗单期的低温处理对徐麦30籽粒中矿质元素的影响较大,而拔节孕穗双期低温处理则对扬麦16籽粒中矿质元素含量的影响较大。且在4种矿质元素中,低温对籽粒中锌含量影响最大,其次是磷含量。此外,拔节孕穗双期低温对籽粒中钾和锌含量的影响小于孕穗期低温的影响,说明拔节期低温使小麦植株产生了一定的抗性,可以在一定程度上减轻孕穗期低温对小麦籽粒中钾和锌含量的影响。

gricultural production structure adjustment and others factors leads to the increase of the possibility of low temperature damage in the period of wheat from harvest to booting, which reduces the quality of wheat. The mineral elements of wheat stem column is an important substance to maintain human health and prevent disease. In this study, we designed different low temperature densities and stages treatments to analyze the effects of low temperature on the mineral element contents of wheat grains. The main results shown that, the effect of different low temperature levels and occurrence stages on the contents of mineral elements in wheat grain was different. In general, the low temperature treatments at jointing and booting stage had a greater impact on the mineral elements in Xumai30, while the low temperature treatments at both jointing and booting stages had a greater impact on the mineral elements in Yangmai16 grain. Among the four mineral elements, low temperature had the greatest effect on the content of zinc, followed by phosphorus. In addition, the effect of low temperature treatments at both jointing and booting stages on the K and Zn contents was less than that at only booting stage, which indicated that the low temperature at jointing stage had a certain exercise effect on wheat, and the low temperature treatment at jointing stage could reduce the effect of low temperature at booting stage on the K and Zn content in wheat grain.
