R/FR对小麦分蘖发生的调控机理
摘 要
适宜的分蘖发生数目是构建合理中期群体结构、实现小麦高产的重要基础。红光与远红光(R/FR)比值显著影响小麦分蘖发生,但其机理尚不明确。本研究采用盆栽试验,外加远红光灯改变小麦植株基部R/FR比值,探究小麦分蘖节中碳氮物质与内源激素的变化特征及其与分蘖发生的关系。结果表明,低 R/FR比值处理显著降低小麦分蘖发生数目,但喷施细胞分裂素类似物能恢复分蘖发生数目,Low R/FR处理后使得分蘖节中的细胞分裂素含量下降,与其合成基因TaIPT3表达下调、氧化基因TaCKX3表达上调有关。同时,Low R/FR也可能通过上调IAA的合成基因表达提高IAA含量,进而通过局部上调TaCKX3或下调TaIPT3减少CTK合成。此外,Low R/FR可通过抑制氮素吸收同化能力,导致CTK合成受阻。因此,低R/FR通过降低分蘖节中细胞分裂素合成而抑制分蘖发生。

rs is an important basis for constructing a reasonable population structure to ensure high yield of wheat. The ratio of red light to far red light (R / FR) significantly affects the occurrence of wheat tillers, but the mechanism is not clear. In this study, a pot experiment and a farred light were used to change the R / FR ratio at the base of wheat plants to explore the characteristics of carbon and nitrogen species and endogenous hormones in the tillering section of wheat and their relationship with tillering. The results showed that low R / FR ratio treatment significantly reduced the number of tillers in wheat, but spraying cytokinin analogs could restore the number of tillers. This shows that Low R / FR decreases the cytokinin content in the tiller segment and inhibits the occurrence of tillering, while the decrease in the cytokinin content in the tiller segment is related to the downregulation of its synthetic gene TaIPT3 and the upregulation of the oxidative gene TaCKX3. Further analysis, on the one hand, Low R / FR may inhibit the absorption and assimilation of nitrogen, reduce the nitrogen level above the ground, and cause CTK synthesis to be blocked; on the other hand, it may increase IAA content by upregulating the expression of synthetic genes of IAA, and IAA may be locally upregulated TaCKX3 or TaIPT3 decreased CTK content. Low R / FR treatment also increased the content of total soluble sugar and sucrose in the tillering section without passing through the sugar pathway.
