GABA对高温胁迫下茶树叶片生理特性的影响
摘 要
茶是中国重要的经济作物之一,茶树的生长容易受气候和环境的影响,干旱、寒冻、高温都会影响茶树生长及茶叶的质量。γ氨基丁酸(GABA)是一种天然活性非蛋白质氨基酸,分布于动植物的各个部位,并起着重要的生理作用。一些研究表明,在高温下添加外源性GABA能够降低植物叶片的相对电导率含量,降低叶绿素的分解速度,提高可溶性糖含量,增强抗氧化酶(SOD、POD、APX)活性和植物的光合作用能力。然而,关于GABA在茶树中的生物学功能的研究很少,并且缺乏对GABA调节茶树耐热性的了解。
本试验以中茶108为材料,在常温、高温42℃及42℃添加5mmolL1 GABA的3个处理条件下,测定不同时期茶树叶片的生理指标,探讨添加GABA对其生理特性的影响。结果表明:在高温条件下,添加GABA后茶树叶片的APX、POD、SOD 酶活性,叶绿素含量和 GABA 含量升高,电导率和可溶性糖含量降低。高温胁迫下,外源GABA的添加在调节茶树热伤害的发生中起着重要作用。
REVIEWS OF EFFECTS OF GABA ON PHYSIOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF TEA LEAVES UNDER HIGH TEMPERATURE STRESS

Tea is one of the important economic crops in China. The growth of tea plants is easily affected by climate and environment. Drought, cold and high temperature will affect the growth of tea plants and the quality of tea. Gammaaminobutyric acid (GABA) is a naturally active nonprotein amino acid, which distributes in various parts of animals and plants and plays an important role. GABA metabolic pathway plays an important role in plant stress resistance. Some research results showed that the addition of exogenous GABA at high temperature can reduce the relative conductivity content of plant leaves, reduce the decomposition rate of chlorophyll, increase the content of soluble sugar, and effectively enhance the activity of antioxidant enzymes (SOD, POD, APX) and the photosynthetic capacity of plants. However, little research has been done on the biological function of GABA in tea plants, and the understanding of GABA regulating heat tolerance of tea plants is lacking.
In this paper, Zhongcha 108 was used as the material, and the physiological indexes of tea leaves at different periods were measured under three treatment conditions of normal temperature, high temperature 42℃ and 42℃ with 5mmol/L GABA added. The effects of GABA addition on the physiological characteristics of tea leaves were studied. The results showed that the activities of APX, POD and SOD, chlorophyll content and GABA content of fresh tea increased, while conductivity and soluble sugar content decreased after GABA was added under high temperature. Under high temperature stress, the addition of exogenous GABA plays an important role in regulating the occurrence of heat injury in tea plants.
