南京大油坊巷片区为南京22个历史风貌区之一，随着近年城乡发展迅速，人口数量不断增加，片区居住环境和公共空间远不能满足现代生活要求，内部大多存在私搭乱建、交通混乱、基础设施不足、公共空间缺失等问题，历史风貌逐渐丧失，居民生活品质更令人堪忧，导致原住民外迁，集体记忆消失。本文以大油坊巷风貌区内社会关系的重建、空间形态的维护、人居环境的改善三方面为出发点，分析其保护与更新策略，从物质空间、生态空间、文化空间三方面进行大油坊巷历史风貌区的空间更新，运用小规模、差异化、渐进式的微更新手段探寻适宜的设计策略，并结合社区营造，建立多方平台合作机制，通过改善环境、创造就业机会等方式，促进历史风貌区积极自主更新，最终达到活力和谐社区。

ABSTEACT：The Nanjing Dayoufang Lane area is one of the 22 historical areas in Nanjing. With the rapid development of urban and rural areas in recent years, the number of people continues to increase. The living environment and public space in the area are far from meeting the requirements of modern life. Most of them have private construction and traffic chaos. , Insufficient infrastructure, lack of public space and other issues, the historical style is gradually lost, and the quality of life of residents is even more worrying, leading to the migration of indigenous people and the disappearance of collective memories. This article takes the three aspects of reconstruction of social relations, maintenance of space form and improvement of human settlement environment in the Dayoufang Lane style area as the starting point, analyzes its protection and renewal strategies, and carries out Dayoufang Lane from three aspects of material space, ecological space and cultural space Spatial renewal of historical landscape areas, using smallscale, differentiated, and incremental microrenewal methods to find suitable design strategies, combined with community building, establish a multiparty platform cooperation mechanism, and promote historical style by improving the environment and creating employment opportunities. The district actively and autonomously renewed and eventually reached a vibrant and harmonious community.
