大量研究成果证实了公园绿地在缓解人群精神压力、促进体力活动、改善人群健康方面的重要作用与价值，然而，由于城市森林公园以及人类身心健康之间因果关系的复杂性以及研究方向的局限性，对于二者影响机制和影响因素研究不足，缺乏对公园绿地规划与设计的有效指导和评价体系。本文从促进体育锻炼、调节情绪、促进社会交往和影响五官感受4个影响机制的理论视角来解释公园绿地对人群健康的影响，整合理论依据与科学研究，归纳出一个新的概念框架。该框架不仅整合了各影响机制，对现有的研究机制进行了补充和拓展，还包含了对不同背景的个体产生不同效果的分类和比较。这一机制概念框架，涵盖了所涉及的主要影响因素，对今后进一步的研究提供了思路和方法。

STUDY ON THE METHODS OF URBAN FOREST PARK HEALTH PROMOTION

ABSTRACT：A large number of research results confirmed that the park green space in alleviating the crowd mental pressure, promoting physical activity, improve the important role and value of population health, however, because of the urban forest park and the complexity of the causal relationship between the human physical and mental health as well as the limitations of the research direction, research on the influence mechanism and influence factors, the lack of effective guidance of park green space planning and design and evaluation system. In this paper, from the theoretical perspective of promoting physical exercise, regulating emotions, promoting social communication and influencing five senses, the author explains the impact of park green space on the health of the population, integrates the theoretical basis and scientific research, and concludes a new conceptual framework. The framework not only integrates the influence mechanisms, complements and expands the existing research mechanisms, but also includes the classification and comparison of different effects on individuals with different backgrounds. The conceptual framework of this mechanism covers the main influencing factors involved and provides ideas and methods for further research in the future.
