摘要
箭筈豌豆(Vicia sativa)是豆科野豌豆属一年生或越年生草本植物,在世界各地普遍种植,也是我国栽培利用范围最广的饲草、绿肥作物之一。开花时间与生育期密切相关,同时也是决定生物量以及种子产量的重要因素。本论文以箭筈豌豆为材料,利用理化诱变的方法, *51今日免费论文网|www.51jrft.com +Q: #351916072
经过诱变M2代的初步筛选和M3代中的继续筛选,初步获得了遗传性状稳定的早花和晚花突变体。并在此基础上对部分早花和晚花突变体的株高、分枝数目、果荚节位数目进行了测量,发现开花时间在一定程度上影响植株的株高和果荚节位数目,提早或延迟开花,相应的株高和果荚节位数目也会降低或增加,而开花时间对植株的分枝数目则没有显著影响。综上所述,本研究为箭筈豌豆不同生育期育种提供了丰富的遗传变异材料,为提高箭筈豌豆在不同地理纬度和播种季节的适应性及箭筈豌豆种质扩增与创新奠定基础。
Identification of Early Flowering and Late Flowering Mutants of Vicia sativa and Preliminary Study on Their Flowering Mechanisms
ABSTRACT
Vicia sativa is an annual leguminous crop of Vicia, which is widely planted all over the world. And it is also one of the most widely cultivated green manure crops and forage in China. Flowering is a typical feature of plant transformation from vegetative growth to reproductive growth, which is closely related to the fertility period, and is also an important factor in determining biomass and seed yield. In this paper,Vicia sativa was used as the material,A series of early flowering and late flowering mutants/lines with genetic stability were screened preliminarily from M2 and M3 generation of physical and chemical mutagenesis. Than we surveyed plant height, branch number and the nodes number of pods of these mutants and found that flowering time affected plant height and the nodes number of pods to some extent, but not for branch number, flowering earlier or later, and plant height and the nodes number of pods were also reduced or increased accordingly. In conclusion, we created a series of early and late flowering mutants/lines which can be used as intermediate material for breeding, and it will lay a foundation for improving the adaptability of Vicia sativa in different geographical latitudes and sowing seasons, and for the expansion and innovation of Vicia sativa germplasm.
