摘要
本试验旨在研究初花期与盛花期紫花苜蓿表面微生物菌群对紫花苜蓿青贮发酵品质及微生物群落结构动态变化的影响。试验设有8个处理组,分为两个部分,第一部分为:(1)初花期紫花苜蓿自然发酵组(1AL组);(2)灭菌初花期紫花苜蓿青贮组(1ALγ组);(3)灭菌初花期紫花苜蓿接种初花期紫花苜蓿表面微生物组(1AL1AL组);(4)灭菌初花期紫花苜蓿接种盛花期紫花苜蓿表面微生物组(2AL1AL组);第二部分为:(1)盛花期紫花苜蓿自然发酵组(2AL组);(2)灭菌盛花期紫花苜蓿青贮组(2ALγ组);(3)灭菌盛花期紫花苜蓿接种初花期紫花苜蓿表面微生物组(1AL2AL组);(4)灭菌盛花期紫花苜蓿接种盛花期紫花苜蓿表面微生物组(2AL2AL组)。分别于青贮第1、3、7、15、30、60天取样分析。结果表明: 2AL1AL组比1AL1AL组具有更低的pH值和更高的乳酸含量及乳乙比。2AL2AL组比1AL2AL组,2AL2AL组乳乙比更高,且2AL2AL1组乳酸含量远高于1AL2AL1组。与初花期紫花苜蓿表面微生物相比,盛花期紫花苜蓿表面微生物更有利于 *51今日免费论文网|www.51jrft.com +Q: ^351916072

EFFECT OF EPIPHYTIC MICROBIOTA FROM ALFALFA AT DIFFERENT GROWTH PERIODS ON FERMENTATION QUALITY
ABSTRACT
This experiment was conducted to study the effects of epiphytic microbiota derived from alfalfa at different growth periods on fermentation quality in alfalfa (AL). The was treated with the following,part Ⅰ:(1) Early flowering AL was ensiled directly(1AL); (2) Sterile Early flowering AL (1ALγ); (3) Sterile Early flowering AL with Early flowering AL microbiota(1AL1AL) ;(4) Sterile Early flowering AL with flowering AL microbiota(2AL1AL). part Ⅱ:(1) Flowering AL was ensiled directly (2AL); (2) Sterile flowering AL(2ALγ); (3) Sterile flowering AL with Early flowering AL microbiota (1AL2AL);(4) Sterile flowering AL with flowering AL microbiota (2AL2AL) .Samples were taken and analyzed after 1, 3, 7, 15, 30 and 60 days, respectively. Results indicated that 2AL1Al and 2AL1Al had relatively higher lactic acid contents ratios of lactic acid to acetic acid and lower pH values. 2AL2AL1 lactic acid contents much higher than 1AL2AL1. Overall, alfalfa silage inoculation flowering alfalfa microbiota could promote lactic acid fermentation.
