摘 要
金花菜(Medicago polymorphy)是一种豆科草类植物,营养价值丰富,可以开发成优质蛋白饲料,还可以通过提取、提纯、分离组分加工生产成系列高值化产品,提高其利用价值,产生较高经济效益。本试验以金花菜为试验材料,在不同生育时期进行刈割取样,对不同生育时期粗蛋白和单宁含量进行测定分析;采用酸性热提法对不同时期茎、叶的叶蛋白进行提取,对比分析不同时期叶蛋白提取率和提取物纯度。试验结果如下:随着金花菜生育时期的延长,粗蛋白含量逐渐降低,分枝期时粗蛋白含量(26.06%)最高;单宁含量在盛花期(5.30 mg∙g1)达到最高,但与分枝期与现蕾期差异不显著(P>0.05)。茎、叶的叶蛋白提取率随生育时期的延长而降低,叶片的提取物纯度在现蕾期(58.43%)最高,而茎秆的提取物纯度在盛花期(49.41%)达到最高。
综上所述,为获得产量较高和质量较优的叶蛋白,金花菜刈割时间最早不得早于分枝期,最晚不得迟于盛花期。

INDEXES OF LEAF PROTEIN OF MEDICAGO POLYMORPHY AT DIFFERENT GROWTH PERIODS
ABSTRACT
Medicago polymorphy is a kind of Leguminous Grass with rich nutritional value. It can be developed into highquality protein feed and be processed into a series of highvalue products through extraction, purification and separation of components to improve its utilization value and produce high economic benefits. In this experiment, Medicago polymorphy was used as the experimental material to cut and sample in different growth periods, to determine and analyze the content of crude protein and tannin in different growth periods. The leaf protein of stem and leaf in different periods was extracted by acid heat extraction method, and the extraction rate and purity of leaf protein in different periods were compared and analyzed. The results are as follows: the content of crude protein decreased gradually with the prolongation of the growth period of Medicago polymorphy, and the content of crude protein (26.06%) was the highest in the branching period; the content of tannin reached the highest in the full flowering period (5.30 mg∙g1), but there was no significant difference between branching period and budding period (P > 0.05). The leaf protein extraction rate of stem and leaf decreased with the extension of growth period. The extraction purity of leaf was the highest in budding period (58.43%), while that of stem was the highest in blooming period (49.41%).
In conclusion, in order to obtain leaf protein with higher yield and better quality, the cutting time of Medicago polymorphy should not be earlier than the branching period at the earliest, and not later than the blooming period at the latest.
