摘 要本课题是在完成新沂市邵店综合楼施工图预算文件编制，此项目位于新沂市邵店，它的总建筑面积是3945平方米，建筑高度是10.8米，结构形式为框架结构，地上三层，本工程为二类多层建筑，建筑的耐火等级是二级，抗震设防烈度是八度，建筑耐久年限是50年。施工图预算文件采用定额计价模型，主要列出施工项目，按2014年江苏省建筑装饰工程计价规范计算各项目工程量，并以此工程量完成工程量计算书。然后套用机械定额，按综合单价，收取费用。为完成《工程预算表》、《单位工程造价汇总表》、《计量工程造价计算表》、《建筑规费计价表》、《子项目工程量计算书》的编制。最后，这些表格被整合成一个完整的施工图预算文件
