e time restricted the pace of economic and social development in China, so energy conservation and emission reduction is imminent. Under the background of rapid urbanization and household becoming an important growth point of energy consumption, this paper takes the city as the basic research scale, from the perspective of the city, through the combination of macro statistical analysis and micro city survey, and adopts relevant analysis and other methods to analyze the influencing factors of energy consumption of urban households in China, and discusses its influencing mechanism, and mainly draws the following conclusions: 1.The level of economic development has a significant positive impact on the energy consumption of urban households, and the significant impact of household income on household energy consumption is mainly reflected in the power consumption.2.among the household factors affecting the energy consumption of urban households, the impact of household living area on the energy consumption of Urban Households is the most significant, followed by the impact of family size, and the family structure again.These conclusions provide theoretical basis and new direction for the formulation of urban household energy policy in China.
