高校毕业生就业地区选择的影响因素研究:以南京市高校毕业生为例
摘要
近些年来,伴随着经济社会发展和高等教育扩招政策的实施,全国高校毕业生人数随着经济发展快速增长,大学生就业人口在每年新增就业人口中的比重逐年增加,高校毕业生就业问题受到学术研究与政策制定者的高度关注。理论上,高校毕业生属于具有较高人力资本存量的新增就业人口,就业地区选择也直接或间接的影响人才资源流动和地区发展。在微观层面,就业地区选择受到个人特征和地区发展水平等多重因素的影响,毕业生面对大城市“去留”问题上的选择困难和选择意愿,其背后的原因和影响因素值得我们去探讨。本研究以南京高校毕业生为研究对象,重点分析毕业生留南京就业的意愿及影响因素。研究有助于更全面地认识高校毕业生就业地区的选择意愿及影响因素,为高校就业指导和毕业生个人选择提供正确的引导方向,可以为改善就业状况,优化地区人才资源配置提供相应的研究参考。
Analysis on the employment intention of college graduates in nanjing and its influencing factors
ABSTRACT
In recent years, with the economic and social development and the implementation of the expansion of higher education enrollment policies, the number of college graduates in the country has grown rapidly along with economic development, and the proportion of college graduates ’employment in the annual increase in employment has increased year by year. Highly concerned by academic researchers and policy makers. Theoretically, college graduates belong to the newlyincreased population with higher human capital stock, and the choice of employment area also directly or indirectly affects the flow of human resources and regional development. At the micro level, the choice of employment area is affected by multiple factors such as personal characteristics and regional development level. Graduates face the difficulty and willingness to choose in the "goreserve" problem of large cities. The reasons and influencing factors behind it are worth going to Explore. This study takes graduates of Nanjing universities as the research object, and focuses on the analysis of graduates willingness to stay in Nanjing and its influencing factors. Research helps to more comprehensively understand the selection intention and influencing factors of college graduates’ employment areas, and provides the correct guidance for college employment guidance and individual graduate selection. It can provide corresponding research references for improving the employment situation and optimizing the allocation of regional human resources.
