Compared with the increasingly perfect incentive system of the company, the incentive system of Chinas higher education is still in the exploration stage, and there are many problems that affect the incentive of teachers. This paper takes the teachers of Nanjing Agricultural University as the investigation object, takes the teacher incentive mechanism of Nanjing Agricultural University as the research object, combines the theories of management, pedagogy, organizational theory, psychology and other disciplines, and then refers to Abraham H. Ma slow demand level theory to divide the incentive mechanism into salary, training, title evaluation, welfare treatment, decisionmaking participation and status In this part, we design a questionnaire, and then combine literature review and empirical research to analyze the teacher incentive mechanism of Nanjing Agricultural University. It is found that there are some problems in the salary, training, professional title evaluation, welfare treatment, decisionmaking participation and status of , which are m Nanjing Agricultural University closely related to teachers motivation. This paper not only fails to motivate teachers, but also inhibits the development of teachers enthusiasm. Through careful study of these problems, it puts forward corresponding improvement suggestions.
