THE INFLUENCE OF ABUSIVE MANAGEMENT ON THE DIMISSION BEHAVIOR OF THE NEW GENERATION OF EMPLOYEES —— BASED ON THE REGULATING EFFECT OF EMPLOYEES EMOTIONAL ADJUSTMENT
ABSTRACT
at present, the new generation employee turnover behavior is growing, and in the existing research, the research based on abuse management and adding emotional adjustment as a regulatory variable has not been improved.In order to further understand the impact of abusive management on the dimission behavior of the new generation of employees,through the methods of questionnaire investigation and the interview method,define the abuse of shame management, new generation employees, emotional adjustment of concepts.Investigate the existing phenomenon and its severity, and make further analysis and suggestions.To sum up, we come to the conclusion that :(1) the more the new generation of employees suffer from abusive management, the greater the possibility of dimission; (2) emotional adjustment plays a regulating role between abusive management and dimission behavior.According to the above conclusions, countermeasures are put forward :(1) standardize the leadership behavior, improve the management system, (2) understand the personality of employees, actively guide and adjust, (3) clarify the needs of employees, and teach according to their aptitude
