——以大学为例
摘 要
自1999年我国实行高校扩招政策和就业制度改革以来,高等教育的大众化带动了我国内需的增长,促进了经济发展,同时我国高等教育水平也在不断提高。但在“双向选择,自主择业”的就业政策下,随着进入劳动力市场的大学生数量大幅度增加,我国经济增长的就业弹性持续降低,大学生就业形势日益严 *51今日免费论文网|www.51jrft.com +Q: ^351916072^
峻,同时也影响到了社会稳定与经济发展。近段时间以来,由于COVID19病毒带来的疫情影响,社会各行业的发展都受到了一定程度的打击,大学毕业生的就业形势更是不容乐观。本课题以当前大学生的就业困难的现状为背景,关注大学生“就业压力大”、“高就业率”、“高离职率”并存的情况,运用问卷调查分析的方法对影响高校毕业生初次就业心理与认知的因素进行分析归纳,找到核心因素,以期了解高校毕业生的择业倾向和就业认知,对可能存在的问题提出合理的对策建议,帮助各方主体有针对性地开展就业工作,提升高校毕业生的就业质量。
