大学生批判性思维对毕业选择的影响研究
摘 要
学生作为企业最优员工生源之一，培养大学生能力，分析其各自具备的独特能力，评估其人力资本，是企业选择招聘到合适人才的有效方案，所以本文基于扎根理论，新人力资本理论中对大学生批判性思维的描述，调查批判思维能对其毕业选择上的差距，总结批判性思维造成的大学生人力资本差距对其毕业选择是否有影响，同时也为企业提供毕业生批判性思维与其就业质量关系的相关分析。通过根据CTDICV的改良问卷调查、层次分析法、回归分析为测量工具，调查研究了大学生毕业选择情况以及批判性思维能力水平，通过调查数据发现做出不同毕业选择的大学生突出的批判性思维迥异，毕业选择就业的大学生协调人际关系，独立解决问题能力较为突出，毕业选择国外深造的大学生独立解决问题，自我规划能力较为突出，毕业选择国内深造的同学自我规划，人际交往能力较为突出，结合批判性思维能力调查问卷，最终得出选择了国外深造综合的学生平均批判性思维强于选择了国内深造的 *51今日免费论文网|www.51jrft.com +Q: &351916072&

RESEARCH ON THE IMPACT OF COLLEGE STUDENTS CRITICAL THINKING ON GRADUATION OPTION
ABSTRACT
