ABSTRACT
Employment discrimination has always been a hot issue of general concern to the society. With the gradual escalation of the employment situation in China, the pressure of employment competition has increased year by year, and more and more employment discrimination problems have emerged. As a huge workforce resource for college students, when graduates enter the workplace in search of work, due to differences in individual human capital, some graduates will suffer different degrees of employment discrimination. This topic will take the accounting profession as an example, through the collection of data and analysis of related materials, to explore the types of employment discrimination that are prevalent in the accounting industry, the current status of human capital for accounting graduates, and the reasons for employment discrimination. Employment discrimination is linked to analyze the relationship between the two, and corresponding solutions and suggestions are proposed based on the results. Studies have shown that when accounting graduates enter the workplace, they are mainly subject to several types of employment discrimination, such as school level, practical experience, whether there are cadres working during the school, and whether they have sufficient employment certificates. Employment discrimination caused by human capital not only exists in the accounting industry, but also covers almost all occupations and fields.
