府管理队伍的主体,他们的薪酬满意度不仅会影响着自身的工作积极性,进而还会影响整个服务型政府建设。伴随着一系列的政策改革,现行薪酬制度也正在逐步规范和完善。当前公务员仍存在着基本工资提偏低,激励工资体现不够的情况,而提高公务员的薪酬满意度一方面对于保障该群体的生活质量和提高工作满意度有着重要意义,另一方面也能吸引更多优秀人才和完善政府薪酬体系。本课题选取了公务员群体为调查对象,探究他们在当前背景下的薪酬满意度,通过定量分析总结背后的主要影响因素,有针对性地提出相关的对策建议,希望能够为政府部门今后管理工作和薪酬政策的制定提供借鉴。

RESEARCH ON CIVIL SERVICE SALARY SATISFACTION AND ITS INFLUENCING FACTORS
