西部产区土地流转对转出户收入的影响分析——以四川省巴中市某村为例
摘 要
四川省巴中市位于经济较为落后的西部山区，当地政府于2014年左右推行较大规模的土地流转。本文在利用实地调研数据对土地转出户与未转出户的收入进行简单描述性分析的基础上 *51今日免费论文网|www.51jrft.com +Q: *351916072* 
，进一步运用双重差分（DID）模型分析土地流转对转出户收入的净效应。结论：土地转出后，转出户的人均收入略有增加，根据模型结果，土地转出对转出户人均年收入净效应显著为负；转出户在土地流转后人均农业经营收入及其占比均下降，人均工资性收入、财产性收入和转移支付收入及其占比均有一定涨幅；人均工资性收入随劳动者年龄增大而降低，但劳动者年龄对人均转移支付收入有显著正向影响；农业劳动力占比对人均年收入有显著的负向影响，但对人均农业经营收入有显著正向影响；家庭人口越多，人均农业经营收入、财产性收入和转移支付收入越低；劳动力平均健康程度对人均年收入和工资性收入有显著正向影响。
RESEARCH ON THE INFLUENCE OF LAND CIRCULATION ON INCOME OF TRANSFERRED HOUSEHOLDS IN WESTERN MOUNTAINOUS AREA:AN EMPIRICAL STUDY OF A VILLAGE IN BAZHONG,SICHUAN PROVINCE
ABSTRACT
Abstract: Bazhong city in Sichuan province is located in the economically backward western mountainous region. The local government launched a largescale land circulation at around 2014. On the basis of a simple descriptive analysis of the income of households transferred out of the farmland and households not transferred out of the farmland based on field research data, this paper further uses the differenceindifferences (DID) model to analyze the net effect of land circulation on the income of households transferred out of the farmland. Conclusion: After land circulation, the per capita income of households transferred out increases slightly. ,and according to the results of DID model, the net effect of land circulation on the per capita annual income of households transferred out is significantly negative. After the land circulation, the per capita agricultural operational income and its share decreased, and the per capita wage income, per capita property income and per capita transfer payment income and their share of income all increased to a certain extent. The per capita wage income decreases with the increase of the age of labors, but the age of labors has a significant positive effect on the per capita transfer payment income. The ratio of agricultural labor force has a significant negative impact on per capita annual income, but it has a significant positive impact on per capita agricultural operating income. The larger the family population is, the lower the per capita agricultural operating income, property income and transfer payment income will be. The average health of the labor force has a significant positive effect on the per capita annual income and wage income.
