绿色贸易壁垒对我国纺织品出口的影响研究
摘要
纺织品业是我国出口创汇的支柱产业，也是对外依存度较高的产业。近年来由于非关税性贸易壁垒的限制，在很长一段时间内我国纺织品的国际竞争力逐渐减弱，出口数量和出口贸易额增长缓慢，给许多纺织品出口企业的发展带来了严峻挑战。本文首先明确了绿色贸易壁垒方面的相关概念和理论基础，综述了其对纺织品出口影响的国内外研究现状，然后根据相关调查数据总结分析我国纺织业及纺织品出口现状，最后运用经济学原理针对绿色贸易壁垒对纺织品出口的影响进行理论分析并选取相关时间序列数据进行实证分析来研究绿色贸易壁垒对我国纺织品出口的具体影响及其机制，以期为我国纺织品企业提供应对绿色贸易壁垒策略和方法，为经营者的战略制定和战略实施提供理论依据和具有可操作性的相关对策。
A STUDY ON THE IMPACT OF GREEN TRADE BARRIERS ON CHINA’S TEXTILE EXPORTS
ABSTRACT
Textile industry is the pillar industry of earning foreign exchange for export in China and it is also an industry with high dependence on foreign trade. In recent years, due to the restrictions of nontariff trade barriers, the international competitiveness of China’s textiles has been weakened for a long time. The slow growth of export volume and export trade volume has brought severe challenges to the development of many textile export enterprises. This article firstly makes the green trade barrier related concepts and theoretical basis clear, reviews the domestic and foreign research on the influence of green trade barriers on textile export, then summarizes and analyzes the present situation of our country’s textile industry and textile exports according to survey data, finally uses economics principle to analyze the influence of green trade barrier on our country’s textile exports in theory and selects relevant time series data to carry on the empirical analysis to study the specific influence of green trade barriers on our country’s textile exports and its mechanism in order to offer strategy and methods to our country’s textile export enterprises and provide the operators with the theory basis for strategy formulation and implementation and related countermeasures with operability.
