文化距离对国际贸易的影响研究
——基于拓展的贸易引力模型
摘 要
随着全球化趋势的纵深发展，各国文化相互交融、相互渗透，文化距离对于国际贸易的影响也逐渐加深。本文在控制影响国际贸易的经典变量基础上，结合了传统的贸易引力模型，将文化距离通过孔子学院数量以及关键词“中国”在谷歌的搜索频率加以量化，并纳入计量模型进行实证研究。结果表明，较近的文化距离对于国际贸易有着显著的促进作用，且这一促进作用在不同文化背景国家的大小和表现形式有所不同。基于此结论，本文对我国如何利用文化交流缩短文化距离，促进出口贸易发展提出了政策建议。

ABSTRACT
With the indepth development of the globalization trend, cultures of various countries have been blendingwith each other, and the influence of cultural distance on international trade has been gradually deepening. This thesis combines the traditional trade gravity model to control classic variables which influence international trade, such as geographic distance and GDP. Moreover, ituses the number of Confucius Institutes in different countries and the amount of thesearching of the keyword ‘China’in Google Search to quantify cultural distance and then put it into the model as the key variable to do the empirical research.The result shows that a closer cultural distance can significantly promote international trade, and this influence could be different in countries with different cultural backgrounds. Based on this result, this thesisdraws conclusions and makes recommendations about how China can promote the development of export industries and international trade by using cultural exports.
引言
李嘉图模型，HO模型等传统贸易理论主要从生产效率，比较优势，要素禀赋和规模经济等“硬实力”方面解释影响国际贸易的因素。而如今随着全球化的纵深发展，各国在文化方面互相影响、互相渗透的程度不断加深，文化距离、文化软实力对于国际贸易的影响也日益显著。另一方面，中国经济已经进入从高速增长转为中高速增长的新常态，传统“硬实力”推动的国际贸易增长放缓。在这一背景下，有关文化距离对国际贸易影响的研究不仅可以顺应时代趋势、丰富有关影响国际贸易因素的解释，也可以为如何促进国际贸易发展，拉动经济增长提供新的思考角度，具有重要的理论和现实意义。
