家庭劳动分工对农地流转的影响 ——基于劳动力流动范围的视角
摘 要
工业化的发展使农民的流动范围扩大，家庭劳动分工差异对农地流转行为的影响探究对于完善流转市场和实现农业现代化具有重要意义。本文利用CFPS2014数据基于流动范围的视角从理论和实证两个方面探讨家庭劳动分工对农地流转的影响。其结果显示：第一，家庭中非流出的劳动力占比对农地流入产生正向影响；家庭中流出劳动力占比对农地流入没有显著影响而对农地流出有正向影响；第二，在流动范围方面，如果范围扩大，劳动力占比对土地流出具有显著正向影响。当范围继续扩大到省外后，劳动力占比影响不显著，但方向是负向的。所以，应当根据流动劳动力的范围差异调整和引导农地流转市场，实现资源优化配置。

NFLUENCE OF LABOR DIVISION IN FAMILY ON THE TRANSFER OF FARMLAND ——PERSPECTIVE BASED ON THE SCOPE OF LABOR MOBILITY
ABSTRACT
With the development of industrialization, the scope of farmers flow has been expanded. The research on the influence of the difference of family labor division on the behavior of farmland transfer is of great significance to the improvement of the transfer market and the realization of agricultural modernization. Based on the data of CFPS2014, this paper discusses the influence of labor division in family on the transfer of farmland from the perspective of the range of flow. The results show that: first, the proportion of labor force in the stay Village in the family has positive impact on the inflow of farmland; the proportion of labor force out of the family has no significant impact on the inflow of farmland but has a positive impact on the outflow of farmland; second, in terms of the scope of the flow, if the scope is expanded, the proportion of labor force has significantly positive effect on the outflow of farmland. When the scope continues to expand to the outside of the province, the impact of labor force proportion is not significant, but the direction is negative.Therefore, we should adjust and guide the rural land transfer market according to the range difference of the floating labor force, and realize the optimal allocation of resources.
