我国外向型工业行业出口贸易的环境效应
摘 要
随着我国对外开放程度不断提高，经济发展水平快速提高，但随之而来的是一系列环境问题，生态资源受到严重威胁，环境污染愈发严重，污染治理的任务愈加紧迫。自经典的贸易环境框架提出以来，国内外学术界对贸易的环境效应进行了广泛深入的研究，但尚未达成统一认识，而国内对贸易的环境效应验证大多是从宏观视角或是以针对地区层面而开展的。本文试图基于我国主要外向型工业行业对出口贸易的环境效应予以实证研究，从工业内部角度切入，囊括42个工业部门，研究分析出口贸易对环境的影响。研究结果表明，出口贸易通过正的技术效应提高了环境水平，而贸易的结构效应和规模效应加剧了环境恶化，三者综合导致出口贸易对环境产生负面影响。因此，加强环境管制，促进外向型工业产业结构优化升级势在 *51今日免费论文网|www.51jrft.com +Q: ^351916072#

RESEARCH ON THE ENVIRONMENTAL EFFECTS OF EXPORT TRADE OF CHINA’S CHINA EXPORTORIENTED INDUSTRIES
ABSTRACT
With the continuous improvement of Chinas opening to the outside world, the level of economic development has increased rapidly. However, a series of environmental problems ensue: ecological resources are seriously threatened, environmental pollution is becoming more and more severe, and the task of pollution control is becoming more urgent. Since the introduction of the classic TradeEnvironment framework, both domestic and foreign academia have conducted extensive and indepth studies on the environmental effects of trade, but no unanimous understanding has been reached. However, domestic verification on the environmental effects of trade is mostly conducted from a macro perspective or at a regional level. This paper attempts to empirically study the environmental effects of export trade based on Chinas major exportoriented industries. Starting from the internal industry and including 42 industrial sectors, this paper will study and analyze the environmental impact of export trade. The results of the study show that export trade raises the environmental level through positive technical effects, while structural effects and scale effects aggravate environmental deterioration, which together result in a negative impact on the environment by export trade. Therefore, it is imperative to strengthen environmental control and promote the optimization and upgrading of the exportoriented industrial structure.
