摘 要
近年来,伴随着中国经济的快速发展,国民收入差距尤其是城乡收入差距也在不断扩大。人力资本通过一定的传导机制影响着收入,而教育作为最普遍、最重要的人力资本积累途径,在理论和实践中也反复被证实对提高劳动者收入有正向影响。现实中,中国不均衡的城乡教育资源配置以及差异化的城乡教育水平在一定程度上会加剧城乡收入差异的扩大,而城乡收入差异的扩大也会进一步把教育资源吸引到本就占优势的东部地区以及城镇地区。基于此,本文将从城乡教育不平等与城乡收入差距的角度出发,通过理论与实证分析,采用联立方程模型和分布滞后模型,探讨城乡教育不平等与城乡收入差距这两者的相互影响机制以及其他影响因 *51今日免费论文网|www.51jrft.com +Q: *351916072
素。得出的结论是在短期内城乡教育不平等与城乡收入差距的相互影响并不稳定,但在长期都具有稳定的正向影响。同时,人均受教育年限、人均GDP、地区金融市场发展程度、非国有化经济发展程度、城镇化程度、东西部地区等因素也会对城乡教育不平等或城乡收入差距产生显著的影响。最后,根据研究所得结果对改善城乡教育不平等与缩小城乡收入差距提出政策性建议。
MEASUREMENT AND INTERACTION OF URBANRURAL EDUCATION INEQUALITY AND URBANRURAL INCOME GAP
ABSTRACT
In recent years, with the rapid development of Chinas economy, the national income gap, especially the income gap between urban and rural areas, is also expanding. Human capital influences income through a certain transmission mechanism, and education, as the most common and important way of human capital accumulation, has been repeatedly proved to have a positive impact on improving the income of workers in theory and practice. In reality, the unreasonable distribution of educational resources between urban and rural areas and the difference of educational level between urban and rural areas will enlarge the income gap between urban and rural areas to a certain extent, and the expansion of income gap between urban and rural areas may further lead to the aggregation of educational resources to the east and to the cities and towns. Based on this, this paper will start from the perspective of urbanrural education inequality and urbanrural income gap, through theoretical and empirical analysis, using simultaneous equation model and distribution lag model, to explore the mutual influence mechanism and other influencing factors of urbanrural education inequality and urbanrural income gap. The conclusion is that the interaction between urbanrural education inequality and urbanrural income gap is not stable in the short term, but it has a stable positive impact in the long term. At the same time, the education years per capita, GDP per capita, the development of regional financial market, the development of nonstateowned economy, the degree of urbanization, the eastern and western regions and other factors will also have a significant impact on urbanrural education inequality or urbanrural income gap. Finally, according to the study results, some policy suggestions will be put forward to improve the educational inequality between urban and rural areas and narrow the income gap between urban and rural areas.
