国际贸易对性别工资差距影响研究
摘 要
不断加深的全球化进程让更多的学者关注到了国际贸易的发展以及其对一个国家的经济活动以及社会福利的影响，其中很重要的一点就是国际贸易对男女性别工资差距产生了怎样的影响，为了研究该问题，通过对2017年中国家庭金融调查数据（China Household Finance Survey，下文简称为CHFS）以及2017年中国统计年鉴的各地区进出口额以及当地国民生产总值等数据进行处理 *51今日免费论文网|www.51jrft.com +Q: ^351916072* 
分析，使用stata进行模型回归研究了国际贸易对我国整体、沿海地区与内陆地区以及男女不同工资分位数上劳动力工资的影响。 研究表明：在2016年，就全国总体而言，其他因素不变的情况下，国际贸易提高了整体劳动力的收入水平并缩小了整体性别工资差距；而就不同地区性别工资差距而言，国际贸易对于内陆地区的性别差距缩小作用相比于对于沿海地区的作用显得更加显著；而国际贸易在不同收入水平中的影响也稍有不同，数据显示工资分布底端的劳动力在其中受益更多，并在各种工资分布的位置上都缩小了男女性别工资差距。因此，继续扩大开放、重视教育、重视农村发展、协调区域发展以及对于婚姻种女性相关权利的保护有助于改善我国男女收入不均问题。
RESEARCH ON THE EFFECT OF INTERNATIONAL TRADE ON THE GENDER WAGE GAP
ABSTRACT
The deepening process of globalization has drawn more and more scholars attention to the development of international trade and its impact on a countrys economic activities and social welfare. The existence of labor market can make national policies and related economic activities have an impact on the level of social welfare. One of the most important points is the impact of international trade on the gender wage gap between men and women. In order to study this problem. Through processing and analyzing the data of China Household Financial Survey Data 2017 (CHFS) and China Statistical Yearbook 2017, such as regional import and export volume and local gross national product, this paper uses stata model regression to study the different effects of international trade on labor wages in China as a whole, in coastal areas and inland areas, and in different wage quantiles for men and women. Research shows that in 2016, with other factors unchanged, international trade will increase the income level of the overall labor force and narrow the overall gender wage gap. As far as the gender wage gap in different regions is concerned, the role of international trade in narrowing the gender gap in inland regions is more significant than that in coastal regions. The impact of international trade on different income levels is also slightly different. The data show that the labor force at the bottom of the wage distribution benefits more from it and reduces the gender wage gap between men and women in various wage distribution positions. Therefore, continuing to expand openness, attach importance to education, attach importance to rural development, coordinate regional development and protect the rights of married women will help to improve the income inequality between men and women in our country.
