摘 要
高中教育在人才培养中发挥着十分重要的作用，虽然中国在九年义务教育的实施上已取得了较大成就，但农村高中阶段教育仍然存在普及率不足等问题，一定程度上制约了我国农村的教育发展与人才培养。本课题利用中国家庭追踪调查数据，聚焦农村家庭对子女的高中阶段教育，分析我国农村高中阶段教育现状，探究同伴效应对农村青少年是否上高中的影响，估计农村青少年接受高中教育的同伴效应的大小与异质性。研究结果显示：在我国农村，青少年的同伴 *51今日免费论文网|www.51jrft.com +Q: ^351916072^ 
中不上高中的人所占比例越高，青少年上高中的概率会显著降低，且高中教育的同伴效应的大小存在性别差异，同伴效应对女生高中教育决策的影响程度更大。研究将同伴效应与高中阶段教育相联系，拓宽了教育研究视角，并从关注学生群体中“关键性”学生的学业状态，引导青少年树立正确的择友观，利用技术平台辅助教育监管以及努力营造农村重视教育的氛围等方面对政策提出了针对性的建议，有助于全面发展农村教育，提高整体素质。
THE INFLUENCE OF PEER EFFECT IN RURAL AREAS ON CHILDRENS HIGH SCHOOL EDUCATION
ABSTRACT
High school education plays a very important role in personnel training. Although China has made great achievements in the implementation of the nine year compulsory education, there are still some problems such as insufficient popularization rate in rural high school education, which restricts the development of education and personnel training in rural areas to a certain extent.This paper analyzes the current situation of high school education in China, explores the influence of peer effects on the rural adolescents high school education, and estimates the size and heterogeneity of the peer effects of high school education in rural areas. The results show that the higher the proportion of young people who are not in high school, the lower the probability of high school youth.There are gender differences in the size of peer effects. Peer effect has greater impact on the girls’ decisionmaking of senior high school education.The study links peer effect with high school education,in order to broaden the perspective of education research and put forward targeted suggestions on policies.For example,government can assist education supervision by using technology platform and make an effort to create an atmosphere for education in rural areas.Teachers and parents should focus on the academic status of "key" students in the group and guide the adolescents to establish the correct concept of choosing friends.The study is conducive to the comprehensive development of rural education and the improvement of overall quality.
