农民工返乡创业意愿与行为研究
摘 要
本研究以农民工返乡创业意愿与行为研究为主题，结合已有理论基础和国内研究现状进行综合分析和改进。现有研究证据表明，农民工返乡意愿受个人特征、家庭特征和社会特征等多因素作用，而创业意愿受政府所制定创业政策具体措施和实时力度影响较大。本研究根据2017年卫计委流动人口动态监测调查数据，选取年龄、性别、受教育年限、外出务工时间等因素，通过数据分析和模型建立研究农民工创业意愿的要素影响，并理论分析农民工返乡创业意愿和行为的衔接过程。思考如何激励返乡后的农民工顺利开展创业活动是本次研究的重点，将有助于政府制定和调整现有政策，更好地引导和激励农民工返乡创业。

GRANT WORKERS WILLINGNESS AND BEHAVIOR TO RETURN TO HOMETOWN TO START ENTREPRENEURIAL ACTIVITIES
ABSTRACT
This research is based on the theme of migrant workers willingness and behavior to return to their hometowns for entrepreneurship, combined with existing theoretical foundations and domestic research status for comprehensive analysis and improvement. Existing research evidence shows that the willingness of migrant workers to return to their hometowns is affected by many factors such as personal characteristics, family characteristics and social characteristics, while the entrepreneurial willingness is greatly influenced by the specific measures and realtime strength of the entrepreneurial policies formulated by the government. This study selects factors such as age, gender, years of schooling, and time spent working abroad, based on the data of the 2017 National Health and Family Planning Commissions dynamic monitoring survey, through the establishment of a model to analyze the impact of migrant workers entrepreneurial willingness factors, and theoretical analysis of migrant workers willingness to return The process of connecting with behavior. Thinking about how to encourage migrant workers to return to their hometowns to carry out entrepreneurial activities smoothly is the focus of this study, which will help the government formulate and adjust existing policies to better guide and encourage migrant workers to return to their hometowns to start businesses.
