摘要
农村劳动力回流成为近年来的大趋势，在城市中积累的人力资本和物质财富，在返回农村后，成为重要的资本、技术输入者，与此同时，对于农村地区土地流转也可能会产生一定的影响。本文对江苏省8个区县320户农户进行调研的基础上，运用描述性分析和多分类logistic回归模型对农地转入转出土地的行为进行分析。分析表明，稳定回流的劳动力并未对土地流转产生显著影响，但是受教育程度、总播种面积、畜牧业收入、社会保障金、地区土地流转政策会对土地流转产生显著影响。村集体统一转出为主要原因，因此要加强土地流转过程中的监管力度，同时为返乡人员提供培训、 *51今日免费论文网|www.51jrft.com +Q: ^351916072* 
完善失地农户的社会保障机制，在尊重农户意见的基础上，提高农地流转的意愿。
STUDU ON THE INFLUENCE OF RURAL LABOR RETURN ON LAND TRANSFER
ABSTRACT
In recent years, the return of rural labors has become a major trend. The accumulated human capital and material wealth in the city, after returning to the countryside, become an important capital and technology importer. At the same time, it may have a certain impact on the land transfer in rural areas. Based on the investigation of 320 peasant households in 8 districts and counties of Jiangsu Province, this paper analyzes the behavior of farmland transfer in and out of land by using descriptive analysis and multi classification logistic regression model. The analysis shows that the stable return of labor does not have a significant impact on the land transfer, but the education level, total planting area, animal husbandry income, social security funds, regional land transfer policies will have a significant impact on the land transfer. Village collective transfer out is the main reason. Therefore, we should strengthen the supervision in the process of land transfer, provide training for returning personnel, improve the social security mechanism of landless farmers, and improve the willingness of land transfer on the basis of respecting farmers opinions.
