农户资源禀赋对农业社会化服务需求的影响
——以江苏省为例
摘 要
农业社会化服务是衔接小农户和市场的桥梁，是构建新型农业服务体系的重要内容，是发展现代农业的重要途径。随着经济社会的发展和中央农业政策的调整，农户的就业结构与资源禀赋正在发生日新月异的变化。
本课题基于江苏省8市320份农户的抽样调查数据，在分析农户对产前（耕整地、播种）、产中（施肥、打药）、产后（收获）五类服务需求基础上，通过建立Logistic回归模型，研究了农户资源禀赋对农业社会化服务需求的影响。
本研究结果表明，一是经营规模对农业社会服务需求有正向影响，可适当考虑规模扩大化，以促进农业生产效益和农户对服务需求。二是要加强农业技术指导培训，这将有利于农业发展。三是网络信息时代的快速发展为农户提供了更多了解信息的渠道，这极大的促进了农户对社会化服务的了解和需求，也为农业生产生活带来了质的飞跃。
综上所述，本课题提出以下几点政策建议：推进农村地区的网络建设、保证信息的高效传递；加快农业供给侧结构性改革、促进规模经营；加大农业社会化服务培训、提高农户参与度；完善农业社会化服务体系、落实政府补贴。

ENCE OF FAMERS’ RESOURCE ENDOWMENT ON THE DEMANDS OF SOCIALIZED SERVICE OF AGRICULTURAL
——BASED ON THE STUDY IN JIANGSU PROVINCE
ABSTRACT
Agricultural socialization service is the bridge linking small farmers and the market, is the important content of constructing new type of agricultural service system, is one of the important way to develop modern agriculture.Along with economic and social development and the central agricultural policy adjustment, the farmers employment structure and resources endowment is changing with each passing day.
This topic is based on the sampling survey data of 8, 320 farmers in jiangsu province, on the analysis of the farmers to prenatal (tillage soil preparation, planting), during (fertilizer, spray insecticide), after (harvest) based on the five types of service demand, by establishing a Logistic regression model, studies the peasant household resources endowment effect on agricultural socialization service requirements.
This study results show that it is a business scale has positive influence on agricultural social service demand, can consider appropriate scale expansion, in order to promote agricultural production efficiency and the farmers demand for services.The second is to strengthen the education of the agricultural technical guidance, which will be conducive to agricultural development.Third, the rapid development of network information age provides farmers with more information about the channels of information, which greatly promoted the understanding of social service and farmers demand, also brought qualitative leap for agricultural production and living.
