产业转移对中国对美国出口贸易的影响
摘 要
本文的主要研究内容是产业转移对出口的影响，侧重于投资对贸易影响的实证分析。最终目的是通过实证分析，对我国是否出现了“产业空心化”问题进行评述，并给出相应的政策建议。
首先，通过计算赫芬达尔指数和区位熵指数对近年来国际产业转移的情况和中国产业结构的变化进行分析。然后对放入实证分析模型中，用来衡量产业转移的变量——外商对华直接投资金额（FDI）和中国对外直接投资净额（OFDI）的近况进行分析，并结合近年来中国和美国的贸易情况提出了本文的假说：产业转移会促进中国对美国的出口。具体为，FDI对我国的出口有正向影响，OFDI对我国出口主要是贸易创造效应。这一假说在本文的实证分析部分没有得到印证，本文实证分析的结果支持了OFDI对贸易的出口替代效应。然而本文并不认为我国出现了“产业空心化”问题，研究显示：20092018年期间，世界三次产业均在向中国转移。

 THE IMPACT OF INDUSTRIAL TRANSFER ON CHINA′S EXPORT TO THE USA
ABSTRACT
The main research content of this paper is the impact of industrial transfer on exports, focusing on the empirical analysis of the impact of investment on trade. The final purpose is to comment on whether there is "industrial hollowing out" in China and give corresponding policy recommendations.
Firstly, by calculating HerfindahlHirschman Index (HHI) and Location Entropy Index, we can get a general understanding of the situation of international industrial transfer and the changes of Chinas industrial structure in recent years. Then the paper analyzes the recent situation of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) in China and Outward Foreign Direct Investment (OFDI) of China, which are the variables used to measure industrial transfer in the empirical analysis, and puts forward the hypothesis of this paper with the analysis of the recent trade situation between China and the United States which is industrial transfer promoted Chinas export to the United States, specifically, FDI had a positive impact on Chinas export, and the main effect of OFDI on Chinas export is trade creation. This hypothesis has not been confirmed in the empirical analysis part of this paper. On the contrary, the results of this empirical analysis support the export substitution effect of OFDI. However, this paper does not think that there is a problem of "industrial hollowing out" in China. Evidences show that during 20092018, all the three industries in the world are moving to China.
