乡村旅游可持续发展研究——浙江寺平古村的案例分析
摘 要
在这全面建成小康社会的决胜阶段，三农问题已经成为重中之重，而且乡村旅游又是振兴乡村的很好的选择之一。通过大量阅读政策文件、文献了解乡村旅游的重要性，观察其他学者的研究，发现乡村旅游中的当前问题和解决方案，学习学者们的研究方法并进行运用。本研究通过实地访谈，电话访谈等形式，深入了解浙江省寺平古村的基本概况，村子的人文环境、交通状况和他的成功案例，研究寺坪村乡村旅游成功的原因，如何可持续发展的。研究发现，寺平村2006年就已经开始了新农村建设，在建设过程中，发现人文资源及其丰富。在政府的大力支持，村书记和村民们的共同努力下，2015年开发了“家+”海外学子进村的项目，吸引力一大批海外学子，从此成功将中 国传统文化远播国外，每年都有学子在节假日前来体验生活；还有每年的“银娘戏院”，在三五天就能吸引七八万游子返乡祭祖。寺平村的乡村旅游成功可持续发展，并且带动了其他产业的发展，他的成功离不开政府，书记和每一个村民的努力。

rmers has become a top priority, and rural tourism is one of the good choices for revitalizing the countryside. Through a large number of reading policy documents and literature to understand the importance of rural tourism, observe the research of other scholars, find the current problems and solutions of rural tourism, learn from the scholars research methods and apply them. In this study, through field interviews, telephone interviews and other forms, indepth understanding of the basic profile of the ancient village of Siping, Zhejiang Province, the villages cultural environment, traffic conditions and his success stories, to study the reasons for the success of rural tourism in Siping Village, how to develop sustainable. The study found that Siping Village had already begun the construction of a new countryside in 2006. During the construction process, human resources were found to be abundant. With the support of the government, the efforts of the village secretary and the villagers, the project of "home +" overseas students entering the village was developed in 2015, which attracted a large number of overseas students. Since then, they have successfully spread the traditional Chinese culture abroad, and there are students every year. Come to experience life on holidays; there is also the annual "Yinniang Theatre", which can attract 78,000 people to return to their ancestors in three to five days. The rural tourism in Siping Village has been successfully and sustainably developed, and has spurred the development of other industries. His success is inseparable from the efforts of the government, the secretary, and every villager.
