中国在老挝投资种植橡胶研究
摘 要
老挝有着丰富的农业资源，在人文、社会文化环境方面具有一定的优势，并且老挝政府高度重视引进外资。近年来，橡胶作为老挝的支柱产业一直是外商投资的热点之一。在“一带一路”背景下，中国和老挝形成了和平发展的新态势。一方面，老挝发挥独特的地理区位优势，积极参与区域经济和农业投资合作，探索合理、有效的种植橡胶投资模式；另一方面，中国种植橡胶投资企业与老挝的橡胶合作程度加深，中国与老挝在橡胶种植方面的贸易日益密切。本文将采用文献查阅法、案例研究法，以云南农垦集团为例，重点对集团在老挝投资种植橡胶的现状及其问题进行深入探讨，并针云南农垦集团在投资过程中所面临的企业经营不规范、投资深度较浅、企业融资能力较差、难以可持续发展等问题，从政府层面和企业层面提出了相应的建议。在政府层面，需要规范企业经营，举办投资推介会，建立双方合作对话机制；在企业层面，遵守当地的法律法规，扩大投资深度，增强融资能力，注重可持续发展。本文的研究目的在于研究中国在老挝投资种植橡胶现状及其问题，能够为中国企业在老挝投资种植橡胶提供相关的参考。
STUDY ON CHINA S INVESTMENT IN PLANTING RUBBER IN LAOS
ABSTRACT
Laos has rich agricultural resources and has certain advantages in humanities, social and cultural environments, and the Lao government attaches great importance to the introduction of foreign capital. In recent years, rubber as a pillar industry in Laos has been one of the hot spots for foreign investment. In the context of the "Belt and Road", China and Laos have formed a new trend of peaceful development. On the one hand, Laos takes advantage of its unique geographical location, actively participates in regional economic and agricultural investment cooperation, and explores a reasonable and effective rubber planting investment model; on the other hand, the rubber plantation cooperation between Chinese planted rubber investment companies and Laos has deepened. Trade in rubber cultivation is getting closer. This article will use the literature review method and case study method, taking Yunnan Agricultural Reclamation Group as an example, focusing on indepth discussion on the current situation and problems of the Groups investment in rubber cultivation in Laos. Standardization, shallow investment depth, poor financing capacity of enterprises, and difficulties in sustainable development, etc., put forward corresponding suggestions from the government and enterprise levels. At the government level, it is necessary to standardize business operations, hold investment promotion meetings, and establish a mechanism for cooperation and dialogue between the two parties; at the enterprise level, abide by local laws and regulations, expand investment depth, enhance financing capabilities, and focus on sustainable development. The purpose of this study is to study the current situation and problems of Chinas investment in rubber planting in Laos, and to provide relevant reference for Chinese companies to invest in rubber planting in Laos.
