FDI对服务业工资水平的区位差异影响研究
摘要
本文利用2013年至2018年我国各省的相关面板数据，在进行Hausman检验后利用固定效应模型对服务业FDI对服务业工资水平的区位差异影响研究。研究结果是，在全国范围内，服务业FDI的进入会使劳动力工资水平提高，其中产生的直接效应是跨国公司的进入需要用更高的工资水平来吸引优质劳动力，以及跨国公司内部成具有更大的谈判能力；其间接效应是FDI进入会促进该行业上下游关联产业的发展，最后会影响到整体的工资水平。中西部地区的作用机制与全国整体效应相同，FDI进入都会使工资水平提高。东部地区在短期，FDI进入也会使服务业劳动力工资水平有所提升，但在长期，东部地区实际利用外商直接投资越多反而会抑制劳动力工资水平，这是由于竞争市场就业达到饱和，各企业为了不被挤出市场会选择减少就业量或降低工资。 *51今日免费论文网|www.51jrft.com +Q: ￥351916072￥ 
本文研究FDI对服务业工资水平的区位差异影响，最后提出建议要合理利用优质的外资，并且以东部发展支援带动中西部共同发展，以此减小我国各地不平衡发展的差异。
RESEARCH ON THE EFFECT OF FDI ON THE LICATION DIFFERENCE OF SERVICE INDUSTRY WAGE LEVEL
ABSTRACT
This paper uses the relevant panel data of various provinces in China from 2013 to 2018. After conducting the Hausman test, the fixed effect model is used to explore the impact mechanism of service industry FDI entry on the service industry wage level, and to determine whether there is a difference in effect between different regions. . The result of the study is that, nationwide, the entry of FDI in the service industry will raise the wage level of the labor force. The direct effect of this is that the entry of multinational companies needs to use higher wage levels to attract highquality labor. Great bargaining power;，and its indirect effect is that FDI entry will promote the development of upstream and downstream related industries in the industry, which will eventually affect the overall wage level. The mechanism of action in the central and western regions is the same as the overall effect of the country, and the entry of FDI will increase the wage level. In the short term, FDI entry in the eastern region will also increase the wages of labor in the service industry. However, in the long run, the more foreign direct investment actually used in the eastern region will suppress the wages of the labor. In order not to be squeezed out of the market, they will choose to reduce employment or lower wages. This paper studies the impact of FDI on the location differences of service industry wage levels, and finally puts forward suggestions to reasonably use highquality foreign capital, and promotes the common development of the central and western regions with eastern development support, so as to reduce the uneven development differences across China.
