关于大学生创业融资影响因素和对策研究
摘要
近些年来，我国高校的招生规模稳定增加，但是社会上面向大学生的岗位数量却没有太大变化，毕业即失业的问题困扰着一届又一届毕业生。大学生是创业群体的重要组成部分,大学生更多的去创业能够有效缓解大学生就业困难的问题。国家也出台了很多政策鼓励大学生创业，大学生为了实现人生理想抱负，创业的比例不断增加。而且大学生自主创业能够缓解就业压力,可以让更多的学生有机会实现自己的梦想，改善我国经济结构，对我国经济更好更快增长起到不可替代的作用。但是我国大学生创业成功率很低，大学中能够接触到的创业活动也比较少，学生不知道创业的步骤流程，对于如何获取资金也是停留在自有资金和贷款方面。本文会以影响大学生创业融资的因素为切入点,找到制约大学生创业融资的主要因素。然后根据研究结果来寻求解决的办法,通过归纳总结提出对策建议。
A STUDY ON THE INFLUENCING FACTORS OF UNIVERSITY STUDENTS VENTURE FINANCING
ABSTRACT
In recent years, the enrollment scale of colleges and universities in our country has increased steadily, but the number of posts to college students in the society has not changed much, and the problem of graduation, that is, unemployment, is puzzling graduates one after another. College students are an important part of the entrepreneurial group, more college students to start a business can effectively alleviate the problem of employment difficulties of college students. The state has also issued a lot of policies to encourage college students to start a business, college students in order to achieve the ideal ambition of life, the proportion of entrepreneurship is increasing. Moreover, selfemployment of college students can relieve the pressure of employment, so that more students have the opportunity to realize their dreams, improve the economic structure of our country, and better and better for our economy Rapid growth plays an irreplaceable role. But the success rate of university students entrepreneurship in our country is very low, and the entrepreneurial activities that can be contacted in universities are also relatively small. Students do not know the steps of starting a business, and how to obtain funds is also to stay in their own funds and loans. This paper will take the factors that affect the venture financing of college students as the starting point, and find the main factors that restrict the venture financing of college students. Then according to the results of the study to seek solutions, through summing up put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
