大学生奶茶消费行为及其影响因素研究——以大学为例
摘要
随着社会经济的发展，奶茶越来越成为人们生活中不可缺少的一部分。大学生逐渐成为奶茶市场的消费主力军，因此对大学生奶茶消费行为及其影响因素的研究，有利于为新老奶茶品牌提出可参考的建议，促进奶茶行业的进一步发展。本课题将研究对象集中于大学生这一群体，通过调研掌握当今大学生们奶茶消费行为的最新特征，并运用二元Logistic模型，从自身因素、产品因素和其他因素等三个方面站在数据模型的角度对大学生奶茶消费行为的影响因素进行深入分析，认为奶茶行业内的新老企业应当在产品的配料口感、产品的健康性和创新性、顾客的排队时间、与其他餐饮品牌的合作等方面进一步提高，以吸引更多的大学生消费者。

ABSTRACT
With the development of social economy, milk tea has become an indispensable part of peoples lives. College students have gradually become the main force of consumption in the milk tea market. Therefore, the research on college students ’milk tea consumption behavior and its influencing factors will help to make recommendations for new and old milk tea brands and promote the further development of the milk tea industry. This topic focuses on the research group of college students. Through investigation, we can grasp the latest characteristics of milk tea consumption behaviors of college students, and use the binary logistic model to stand in the data model from three aspects of own factors, product factors and other factors. From the perspective of indepth analysis of the factors influencing college students milk tea consumption behavior, it is believed that new and old enterprises in the milk tea industry should further develop the products ingredient taste, product health and innovation, customer queuing time, and cooperation with other catering brands in order to attract more college students consumers.
