摘要
城市污泥是城市污水处理过程中产生的副产物,且产量巨大。污泥调理—机械脱水是实现污泥减量的重要手段,也是污泥处置中重要的步骤。污泥堆肥及堆肥产物的土地利用则是实现污泥无害化和资源化的有效途径。本研究通过设置四种不同的调理污泥堆肥产物在两种典型土壤(江苏黄棕壤和江西红壤)中的培养实验,探究污泥堆肥产物土地利用对土壤中微生物群落的影响。结果表明污泥堆肥产物与土壤之间的微生物群落存在明显的差异,向土壤中添加污泥堆肥产物改变了土壤中的微生物群落。两种类型的土壤微生物群落特征也存在明显的差异,且在污泥堆肥产物的土地利用过程中,红壤的代谢功能优于黄棕壤。综合比较四种调理污泥堆肥产物,生物沥浸调理污泥堆肥产物在土地利用中具有提高土壤中微生物活性和代谢功能的优势;而Fe(Ⅲ)/CaO调理污泥堆肥产物抑制了土壤中微生物的代谢功能。因此,“生物沥浸污泥堆肥土地利用”可以有效地实现污泥的减量化、无害化和资源化,改善了 *51今日免费论文网|www.51jrft.com +Q: ^351916072#

EFFECTS OF LAND APPLICATION OF COMPOSTS DERIVED FROM VARIOUS CONDITIONED SLUDGE ON MICROBIAL COMMUNITY IN SOILS
ABSTRACT
The wasted activated sludge is the main byproduct of municipal sewage treatment process. The conditioning and following mechanical dewatering is essential for the disposal of sludge, due to its ability of effectively reducing sludge volume. The land application of sludge composts is effective to realize the sludge reduction, reutilization and recycling. In this study, the effects of land application of composts derived from various conditioned sludge on the change of microbial community in two typical soils (Red soils from Jiangxi province and yellow brown soils from Jiangsu province) were investigated. The results showed that there was a significant difference in the microbial community between the sludge compost types and the soil types, and the amendment of sludge composts changed the microbial community of the soils. The difference in microbial community between red soils and yellow brown soils were also found in this study, and red soils had an advantage over yellow brown soils in the microbial metabolic function. Additionally, the compost derived from bioleaching conditioned sludge had obvious advantages in improving soil microbial activity and metabolic function of agricultural soils in the land application process, while the compost derived from Fe(Ⅲ)/CaO conditioned sludge reduced the metabolism of agricultural soils. Therefore, the land application of bioleaching conditioned sludge compost could effectively realize the sludge reduction, reutilization and recycling, and the microbial functions in agricultural soils were then improved.
