某市污水处理厂尾水处理工程设计
摘 要
随着我国经济的日益发展,水资源短缺和用水需求之间的矛盾逐渐扩大,而城市污水作为一种潜在水资源,是解决这类矛盾的有效途径。不过虽然我国城镇建成运行的污水处理厂基数大,但很多污水处理厂的设备及其工艺技术过于老旧和不合理,导致污水处理效果降低,处理能耗提升。如果直接排放,也会带来一系列的环境问题。所以对污水处理厂尾水进行深度处理是十分有必要的。
江苏省南部某市为节约水资源,实现城市污水的资源化利用,拟对中心城区污水处理厂生化处理出水进行再生处理,处理后用于城市道路浇洒、城市绿地灌溉、公共厕所冲洗及机动车辆冲洗等。本次工程设计就是根据该市的总体规划进行尾水处理站的设计。工程设计规模为1.56×104m3/d,使用的原水 *51今日免费论文网|www.51jrft.com +Q: ^351916072
为污水处理厂生化处理二级出水。本设计首先是通过方案比选,选择混凝气浮和砂滤作为尾水处理工艺。再根据相关设计参数计算出处理工艺各构筑物的基本尺寸,并对处理工艺各构筑物进行平面和高程布置,绘制出处理站总平面图、高程布置图和构筑物详图。最后对该尾生水处理工程进行初步技术经济预算。
TAILWATER TREATMENT ENGINEERING DESIGN OF SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT
ABSTRACT
With the increasing development of Chinas economy, the contradiction between the shortage of water resources and the demand for water use has gradually expanded, and urban sewage as a potential water resource is an effective way to resolve such contradictions. However, despite the large number of urban sewage treatment plants in China, many sewage treatment plant equipment and process technology are too old and unreasonable to handle sewage and increase energy consumption. If directly discharged, it will also bring a series of environmental problems. Therefore, tertiary treatment of tail water from sewage treatment plants is very necessary.
In order to save water resources and realize the resource utilization of sewage, a city in southern Jiangsu Province is preparing to regenerate the secondary effluent from the sewage treatment plant in the central urban area. After treatment, it is used for urban road sprinkling, urban green space irrigation, public toilet flushing and motor vehicle flushing. This project design is to carry out the design calculation of the tail water treatment station according to the citys overall plan. The engineering design scale is 1.56 × 104m3 / d, and the raw water is the secondary effluent from the sewage treatment plant. This design is through the comparison and selection of schemes, and coagulation, air floatation and sand filtration are selected as the tail water treatment process. Then calculate the basic size of each structure of the processing process according to the relevant design parameters, and arrange the plane and elevation of each structure of the processing process, draw the total floorplan, elevation chart and Structure map of the processing station.
