摘 要
现如今土壤生态学研究的热点问题之一便是关于土壤线虫的研究。土壤生物以各种各样的方式改变着土壤,包括土壤的物理、化学和生物特性。在农田生态系统中,土壤生物作为主要调节者,在分解有机物的过程中发挥着重要作用。线虫作为土壤生物中最丰富的后生动物,其作用更加显著。从以往的研究发现,不同的有机物料会对农田生态系统产生不同的影响,包括土壤结构和生物群落结构等。鉴于土壤线虫群落能够快速响应外界土壤环境的变化,本研究推测有机物料质量将会对土壤线虫群落结构产生影响。本文将从不同方面阐述有机物料质量对农田土壤线虫群落结构的影响因素和途径,通过了解陆地生态系统中的土壤线虫研究进展,针对如今面临的难题提出农田生态系统的线虫群落的研究重点与方向。本研究通过论述农田土壤线虫群落的生态指示作用, *51今日免费论文网|www.51jrft.com +Q: #351916072#

EFFECT OF ORGANIC MATERIAL QUALITY ON THE COMMUNITY STRUCTURE OF SOIL NEMATODES IN AGRICULTURE
ABSTRACT
Nowadays, soil nematodes have being focused as one of the hot issues in soil ecology. Soil organisms have the potential to impact and process the change in soil properties, including soil physical, chemical and biological characteristics. In agriculture ecosystem, soil organisms, as the main drivers, play an important role in the decomposition of organic matters. As the most abundant metazoan in soil, nematodes play a more significant role in regulating soil multiple functions. Previous studies have found that different organic materials have inconsistent effects on agriculture ecosystem functions, including soil physical structure and biological structure. Given that the rapid response of soil nematode community to environment changes, this study predicates that the quality of organic materials will have a pronounced influences on nematode community composition and structure. Here, this paper will state the influence of organic material quality on the soil nematode community in agriculture ecosystem from different aspects, such as analysis approaches and the main environment factors. Through understanding the changes of soil nematode in terrestrial ecosystem, we are planning to put forward some views to settle the current problems that focusing nematode functional roles in agriculture ecosystem. By discussing the ecological indicator and functional roles of soil nematode community, this study can deeply understand the response of soil biodiversity and ecological function to the addition of organic materials, and provide theoretical basis for improving the quality of agricultural ecosystem. At present, research about soil nematodes has great development potential, and its importance has being found by more and more researchers. Although the research on the changes of the external environment of the nematode community has made some progress, the research in exploring the functional roles of soil nematodes is facing a huge challenge.
