摘要
重金属污染问题亟待解决,不仅会导致有毒重金属影响土壤肥力和作物产量,造成农作物品质下降,也容易导致通过食物链传递引起的地下水污染和积聚在植物,动物和人类体内,严重威胁生态环境,食品安全和人体健康。因此,土壤进行系统性地处理重金属的污染和防治问题一直是国内外相关研究的热点和难点。生物吸附法在处理低浓度重金属离子废水的过程中彰显出的优势使其成为研究热点,生物炭具有丰富的含氧官能团,多孔结构,阳离子交换量,芳香性结构等使其对重金属有良好的固持作用,是一种作为土壤改良 *51今日免费论文网|www.jxszl.com +Q: ^351916072
剂的木炭;相比较传统的木炭,具有农用、方便储备、有利于植物生长的优点。黑曲霉能够分泌有机酸,对重金属有溶解、络合作用, 生物修复具有良好的修复作用,投资少,成本低,易于管理和操作,无二次污染等优点,因而越来越受到人们的重视,两者进而在重金属污染修复中有较好的应用前景。本文分别通过对国内外所做研究分析总结生物炭和黑曲霉对重金属Pb的影响,为下一步两者联合修复研究进行可行性分析。
STUDY ON THE MECHANISM OF BIOREMEDIATION OF HEAVY METAL LEAD BY MICROBIALBIOCHAR

ABSTRACT
The problem of heavy metal pollution needs to be solved urgently. Toxic heavy metals not only cause the decline of soil fertility and crop yield and quality, but also cause groundwater pollution and accumulate in plants, animals and humans through the food chain. They pose serious threats to ecological environment, food safety and human health. Therefore, the pollution and control of heavy metals in soil system has been a hot topic. Biochar has abundant oxygencontaining functional groups, porous structure and cation exchange capacity. In particular, the aromatic structure makes it a good soil remediation material for heavy metals. As a variety of charcoal, it can be used for agricultural purposes and carbon capture and storage. However, traditional charcoal is only commonly utilized as a fuel. Aspergillus Niger can secrete organic acids, dissolve and complexing heavy metals, and bioremediation technology has the characteristics of good remediation effect, low investment, low cost, easy management and operation, no secondary pollution, etc. Therefore, more and more attention has been paid to the remediation of heavy metal pollution. In this paper, the effects of biochar and Aspergillus Niger on Pb remediation were summarized.
