复合生物质炭对小白菜品质及镉污染土壤钝化效果的影响
摘要
本文以湖南岳阳镉污染的菜地土为基质,采用盆栽试验,将骨炭(CCB)、大豆秸秆炭(SSB)和油菜秸秆炭(RSB)按5t/ha和10t/ha单独添加以及混合添加,研究不同生物质炭及不同施炭方式对小白菜品质的影响,进而分析不同生物质炭及不同施炭方式对土壤镉的钝化效应。结果表明:施用生物质炭后,小白菜植株生物量显著提高,增幅在33.38%86.33%,骨炭和油菜秸秆炭按10t/ha混合添加提高小白菜生物量最大。施炭后菜叶干重显著增加,在单一炭的处理中,油菜秸秆炭处理的菜叶干重最高,混合炭处理的菜叶干重均显著高于单一施加骨炭的处理。施用生物质炭后小白菜地上部硝酸盐含量显著降低,降幅在17.41%66.61%。同时 *51今日免费论文网|www.jxszl.com +Q: ¥351916072¥
小白菜可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖及维生素C的含量显著提高。骨炭和油菜秸秆炭混合施用对小白菜品质提升效果最好,施炭量为5t/ha和10t/ha的处理较单独施加骨炭的处理而言,可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖及维生素C含量分别提高了37.50%和42.43%、30.27%和28.83%、95.80%和38.05%,较单独施加油菜秸秆炭处理的分别提高10.36%和26.41%、23.75%和25.40%、27.09%和37.39%。
EFFECT OF COMPOUND BIOCHAR ON THE QUALITY OF PAKCHOI AND THE PASSIVATION EFFECT OF CADMIUMCONTAMINATED SOIL
ABSTRACT
In this paper, A pot experiment was designed with the Cd contaminated soil(as substrate) from the vegetable field in Yueyang, Hunan province. Bone charcoal (CCB), soybean straw charcoal (SSB) and rape straw charcoal (RSB) at 5t / ha and 10t / ha were added separately and mixed add to study the effect of different biocars and different ways of applying biochars on the quality of pakchoi, and then analyze the passivation effect on soil cadmium. The results showed that after applying biochars, the biomass of pakchoi increased significantly, with an increase of 33.38% 86.33%. The addition of bone biochar and rape straw biochar at 10t / ha increased the biomass the most. The dry weight of leaves increased significantly. In the treatment of applying biochars alone, the treatment of applying rape straw charcoal had the highest dry leaf weight; the treatment of mixed biochars was significantly higher than the treatment of bone biochars alone. The application of biochars can significantly reduce the nitrate content of pakchoi, with a decrease of 17.41% 66.61%.
